attracc（以下「当サービス」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を尊重し、ていねいに取り扱います。本ポリシーは、当サービスが取得する情報と、その利用・保護の方法を説明します。本ポリシーは、ウェイトリストおよび attracc の各機能（ページ作成、顧客管理、メール・LINE 配信、予約、決済）のご利用に適用されます。この日本語版は、日本にお住まいのユーザーに適用される、個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づく通知です。日本国外のユーザーには英語版が適用されます。

1. 取得する情報

• ウェイトリスト情報：ご登録いただいたメールアドレス、言語設定、登録日時、ブラウザのユーザーエージェント、おおよその国・参照元。
• アカウント情報：お名前、メールアドレス、認証情報など、アカウント作成に必要な情報。
• Google ユーザーデータ（連携時のみ）：予約機能のために Google カレンダーへ連携した場合、空き時間の確認と予定の作成・更新に必要な範囲で、カレンダー情報にアクセスします。
• お預かりするコンテンツ・顧客情報：attracc でページを公開し、ご自身のお客さまの連絡先を管理される場合、当サービスはお客さまの指示に基づき、そのデータをお客さまに代わって取り扱います。
• 決済情報：決済は Stripe または PayPal が処理します。当サービスがカード番号を保存することはありません。
• 技術情報：ブラウザの言語設定（端末内に保存）、アクセスに関する標準的なログ。

2. 利用目的

• ローンチや先行アクセスのご案内をお届けするため。
• 当サービスの提供・維持・改善、およびサポートのため。
• 予約機能において、空き時間の表示と予約の作成・変更・キャンセルを行うため。
• 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ、法令遵守のため。

3. Google ユーザーデータの取り扱い（限定利用）

当サービスによる Google API から受領した情報の利用および第三者への移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定利用（Limited Use）要件を含む）に準拠します。具体的には：

• Google から取得した情報は、ユーザーに見える形で説明した機能の提供のためにのみ利用します。
• Google ユーザーデータを広告目的で利用・移転することはありません。
• 汎用的な AI／機械学習モデルの学習に Google ユーザーデータを利用することはありません。
• セキュリティ調査、法令遵守、またはユーザーの明示的な同意がある場合を除き、人間が Google ユーザーデータを閲覧することはありません。

4. 第三者提供

個人情報を販売することはありません。サービス提供に必要なインフラ事業者（ホスティング、メール配信、決済など）に対し、目的の範囲で必要最小限の情報を委託する場合があります。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者へ提供しません。

5. アクセス解析・外部送信

当サービスは、プライバシーに配慮したアクセス解析ツール「Cloudflare Web Analytics」を利用しています。ページの閲覧時に、お使いのブラウザから Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）へ、閲覧ページ・参照元・ブラウザ種別・接続情報などの技術情報が送信され、統計の作成に利用されます（外部送信）。Cookie は使用せず、広告目的での利用もありません。その他の第三者解析・広告トラッカーは使用していません。

6. 保管・国際移転・セキュリティ

情報は暗号化等の適切な技術的・組織的措置のもとで保護します。当サービスはグローバルなクラウド基盤を利用しており、データが日本国外で処理・保管される場合があります。

7. 保持期間と削除

目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間、情報を保持します。ウェイトリストの登録解除や、アカウント・連携の削除をご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。Google 連携は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消せます。取り消し後、当サービス側の関連データも削除します。

8. ユーザーの権利（開示・訂正・利用停止・削除）

個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づき、ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を求めることができます。お問い合わせは privacy@attra.cc へ。

9. お子さまについて

当サービスは18歳未満の方を対象としていません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新または適切な方法でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

attracc ("we", "us", the "Service") respects your privacy and handles your personal information with care. This policy explains what we collect and how we use and protect it. This policy applies to the waitlist and to your use of attracc's features — pages, contacts, email and LINE broadcasts, bookings, and payments. This English version is our privacy notice for users in the United States and other regions outside Japan; if you are located in Japan, the Japanese version of this page is the notice that applies to you.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist information: the email address you submit, your language choice, the time of signup, your browser's user-agent, and approximate country / referrer.
• Account information: name, email, and authentication details needed to create an account.
• Google user data (only if you connect it): if you connect Google Calendar for the booking feature, we access your calendar to the extent needed to read availability and to create and update booking events.
• Content and contacts you store: if you publish pages with attracc and manage your own customers' contacts, we process that data on your behalf and on your instructions.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical information: your language preference (stored on your device) and standard access logs.

2. How we use information

• To send you launch and early-access updates.
• To provide, maintain, improve, and support the Service.
• For the booking feature: to display availability and create, change, or cancel bookings.
• To prevent abuse and for security and legal compliance.

3. Google user data — Limited Use

attracc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google data to provide the user-facing features we describe.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
• No human reads your Google user data except for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) solely to operate the Service, and otherwise only as required by law.

5. Analytics & external transmission

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. When you visit, your browser loads a Cloudflare script that transmits technical information (such as the page viewed, referrer, browser type, and connection information) to Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) to produce aggregate statistics. It does not use cookies, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use any other third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

6. Storage, international transfer & security

We protect information with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption. We use global cloud infrastructure, and your data may be processed or stored outside Japan.

7. Retention & deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. To unsubscribe from the waitlist, or to delete your account or connection, contact us below. You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google account settings; after revocation we delete the related data on our side.

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect (the categories above), to access it, to correct it, and to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising; because we do not sell or share, no processing is subject to opt-out, and we treat opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control accordingly. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Requests: privacy@attra.cc.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will note them on this page or notify you appropriately.
