データ削除のご案内

attracc（以下「当サービス」）と Instagram を連携した場合に保存するデータと、その削除方法をご案内します。

1. 保存するデータ

• Instagram アカウントID とユーザーネーム
• アクセストークン（連携に必要な認証情報）
• Webhook で受信したメッセージ・コメント
• 自動化の実行ログ

2. 削除を依頼する方法

方法A：メールで依頼
件名を「Data deletion request」とし、Instagram のユーザーネームを本文に書いて、privacy@attra.cc までお送りください。

方法B：attracc で連携を解除
attracc の Instagram 設定で連携を解除すると、アクセストークンが無効になります。

3. Instagram からアプリを削除する

Instagram アプリで「設定」→「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」→「アプリとウェブサイト」を開き、attracc を「削除」してください。

4. 削除までの期間

ご依頼から30日以内にデータを削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。

Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what data attracc stores when you connect Instagram, and how to have it deleted.

1. Data we store

• Your Instagram account ID and username
• An access token (the credential that keeps the connection working)
• Messages and comments received via webhooks
• Automation logs

2. How to request deletion

Option A: email us. Send an email to privacy@attra.cc with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your Instagram username.

Option B: disconnect in attracc. Disconnecting Instagram in attracc → Instagram settings revokes the access token.

3. Remove the app in Instagram

In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove attracc.

4. Timeline

We delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.
