本ページは、attracc（以下「当サービス」）のウェブサイトおよびウェイトリストのご利用条件です。サービス本体のご利用には、お申込み時にご同意いただく利用規約が適用されます。

1. ウェイトリストについて

ウェイトリストへのご登録は、ローンチや先行アクセスのご案内をお受け取りいただくためのものです。ご登録は利用契約や購入のお約束を構成するものではありません。いつでも登録を解除できます。メールアドレスをご登録いただくことで、ローンチ・先行アクセスに関するメールの受信に同意いただいたものとします。すべてのメールから、いつでも配信解除できます。

2. 掲載情報について

機能・提供時期・価格は変更される場合があります。最新の条件と価格は、お申込み画面に表示されます。

3. 禁止事項

本サイトの不正利用、自動化された大量アクセス、他者へのなりすまし等はお控えください。

4. 免責

本サイトは現状有姿で提供されます。法令で認められる範囲において、本サイトの利用に関する保証は行いません。

5. 運営者・準拠法

本サイトは LSKM Partners California LLC（米国カリフォルニア州）が運営します。本規約は米国カリフォルニア州法に準拠します（抵触法の原則を除く）。日本の消費者の方については、日本の消費者保護法令の強行規定の適用は妨げられません。あわせてプライバシーポリシーもご覧ください。

These terms apply to the attracc website and waitlist. Use of the attracc service itself is governed by the Terms of Service presented at signup.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is to receive launch and early-access updates. It does not create a service contract or a purchase commitment, and you can unsubscribe at any time. By submitting your email you consent to receive launch and early-access emails from us; every email includes a working unsubscribe.

2. Product information

Features, availability, and pricing may change; the current terms and pricing are shown at signup.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, send automated bulk traffic, or impersonate others.

4. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding its use.

5. Operator & governing law

The Service is operated by LSKM Partners California LLC (California, USA). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in Japan, mandatory protections of Japanese consumer law remain unaffected. See also our Privacy Policy.
